Mike served a 22-year senior career in British Policing, primarily within Major Crime, Fraud Investigation, Protection Duties & Intelligence led operations. His entry into the Corporate Security world gained him considerable wider commercial expertise with a major Global Corporate Risk organisation providing support solutions to many sensitive security risk challenges both within the UK & overseas. In 2004, Mike formally founded his own Company, MHG Corporate Risks, which has gained a formidable global reputation in aspects of Security & Risk solutions, but with a direct focus on bespoke employee vetting and related services.

The notable client portfolio now achieved has gained significant respect within the profession. Mike regards his position now, following acquisition by GSA Global, as a significant progression for MHG with total Group support for mutual benefit.

Bob spent 32 years with the British Police Service specialising in counter terrorism, anti-corruption and tackling organised crime. Bob served as Chief Constable of Surrey Police and then Assistant Commissioner Specialist Operations at The Metropolitan Police, New Scotland Yard London where he was responsible for the protection of the Royal Family, the Prime Minister and Cabinet Ministers and visiting Heads of State. During his career he oversaw the investigations into some of the most complex terrorism cases that took place in the UK.

Dave’s career spans 31 years with the British Police Service, culminating as Deputy Assistant Commissioner. He specialised in combating organised crime, anti-corruption and intelligence operations.

David then went into government as the Director of Policy for the criminal justice system and then Director General in the Home Office responsible to Ministers for a large part of the Immigration System.

Ellen’s expertise includes individual and corporate due diligence, asset tracing, network analysis and geolocation.
